What people usually ask us
What do I need to register?
Be a company or self-employed with a related activity (agency, design, print shop, signage, events, distribution…) and attach your form 036 census registration from the Spanish tax office. If you're self-employed under the simplified form 037, that works too.
How long does approval take?
We review every request by hand within 1-2 working days. We email you whether we approve it or something is missing.
Do Pro discounts stack with quantity discounts?
Yes. The product's volume discount is applied first and, on that price, your trade discount.
Do prices include VAT?
No. Everywhere in the dashboard you see prices excluding VAT; the tax is added only at payment, according to your billing address (with reverse charge if you're a company in another EU country with a valid VAT number).
How does neutral shipping work?
At checkout you choose “Neutral shipping” and enter your customer's address. The parcel leaves without prices, without a priced delivery note and without NovaGrafix logos, with your company name as the sender. The invoice comes to you.
Is there a minimum order or a fee?
No. No monthly fee and no minimum order: you pay for what you order, when you order it.
